Dr. Bridget P. Dewees is an educator, author, speaker, consultant, and champion for excellence dedicated to helping individuals and organizations lead with purpose, faith, and impact. With more than 30 years of experience in higher education, organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, leadership development, and performance excellence, she has devoted her career to transforming vision into results.

She is a nationally recognized presenter, Baldrige examiner and trainer, consultant, and coach who believes that excellence is not an achievement but a journey.

As a Senior Officer for Institutional Effectiveness , Bridget leads initiatives focused on accreditation, assessment, strategic planning, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in the principles of excellence, integrity, service, and lifelong learning.

My public speaking career expands over many years and across many venues.  I enjoy sharing my testimony of faith and perseverance on many platforms including, state and national conferences, women retreats and church events.
